ERP is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability and Veteran. **Responsibilities** **Job Specific Details and Tasks:** + Travel help desk support + Knowledge of and experience in applying HHS travel policies + Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and HHS Financial Management Regulations (FMR). + Researching and interpreting the FTR + Travel System Operations/Help Desk/Training + Reviewing manually and system generated travel vouchers, preparing manual/traditional and other travel authorizations, administering the Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) program in accordance with HHS Financial Management Regulations (FMR), volume 9, chapter 3 + Processing passport/visa applications + Researching the Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG)Commercial Ticketing Office (CTO) operations and use of GSA City Pair airfare rates + Processing permanent change of station (PCS) travel authorizations and vouchers. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + **Education:** + Minimum Associate's degree in related field required + **Experience:** + Specific knowledge and expertise in preparing and reviewing manually and electronically generated travel authorizations and vouchers, processing passport/visa applications + Commercial Ticketing Office (CTO) operations and use of GSA City Pair airfare rates is required. + Experience in an R&D environment is highly preferred. **Job Locations** _US-DC_ **Posted Date** _1 week ago_ _(11/4/2024 3:50 PM)_ **_Job ID_** _2024-4569_ **_Category_** _Administrative_
