Job Title: Travel Superintendent
Job Description

Our national general contracting client is seeking a Travel Superintendent responsible for interfacing with owners, architects, the city, and subcontractors from construction commencement through turnover and closeout around the United States on the high-end retail construction project team. The main focus of the Superintendent is to manage the schedule, quality, and safety to keep the project moving forward quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing the project from inception to completion to ensure a perfect closeout, organizing, leading, and monitoring daily activities of the entire project team (trade partners, vendors, laborers, etc.), communicating effectively with the team, trade partners, owners, architects, and clients, setting up & facilitating progress meetings, ensuring the project complies with all requirements and established standards, creating, monitoring and meeting project schedules, maintaining the project budget, and preparing and submitting necessary paperwork (Permits, licenses, change orders, etc.). Additionally, maintaining a safe and clean job site (and site office) is essential.

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

Mainly will be on the job site, could be local or national projects, and typical hours are 40-50 hours/week, depending on schedule and projects.
