As a Travel Systems Help Desk Technician, you will be delivering problem resolution, notification, and escalation for general IS-related issues. You may also be assigned to participate in projects impacting the business or projects geared towards the improvement of process.
What You’ll Do
Everyday you will be supporting an enterprise of 15 thousand employees processing ticket requests for travel system issues, password resets, outlook issues etc.Support platforms and technology such as multifactor identification, new user logins, and new system installations.You will assist in installing software or troubleshooting hardware issues if applicable. Most troubleshooting will take place via phone or chat.What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you must have previous Travel reservation experience with Apollo and Globalware systems.Your comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.Travel Agent industry certifications not required but preferred.Good communication and customer service skills a must.The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, helping others, thrives working in a collaborative fashion through open communication, the giving and gaining of trust, and participating as an active member of the team in an environment of mutual respect.#LI-LD1
The starting pay range for this position is:
$26.22 - $34.93Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
