Develop tailored business cases and joint GTM strategies to drive sales through the partner network.

Negotiate and structure partner agreements to maximize revenue and long-term value.

Expand existing partnerships with bank and financial institution partners (Elan, U.S. Bank, etc.)

Revenue Growth & Sales Enablement

Drive partner-generated sales pipeline to achieve and exceed assigned revenue quota.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support partner-led demand generation and co-marketing initiatives.

Train and enable partners on product positioning, value propositions, and sales strategies.

Monitor partner sales performance, forecast pipeline, and implement strategies to accelerate deal velocity.

Relationship & Program Management

Build executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners, ensuring their success and revenue contribution.

Establish incentive structures and performance KPIs to optimize partner engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner onboarding, support, and retention.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development in the corporate travel or SaaS travel technology space.

Proven track record of signing and scaling new channel partners to drive revenue growth.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience closing high-value partner deals.

Deep understanding of corporate travel distribution, TMC models, and partner-led sales strategies.

Ability to create joint sales motions and execute co-branded marketing programs with partners.

Experience managing a quota-carrying role with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Exceptional relationship management and executive communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast partner-driven pipeline and revenue impact.

Preferred Experience

Existing network of TMCs, travel agencies, or fintech partners is a plus.

Experience with GDS, NDC, and travel technology platforms.

Familiarity with B2B SaaS, corporate expense management, or fintech partnerships.
