Description:

We are currently seeking a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience with federal or commercial projectsThis role starts as a 90-day contract to work on a roof on a hangar with the potential to work on the next phase of the project (site civil)Federal project located in DFWPer diem, lodging, PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, and other benefits

Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation of a new roof on a hangarEnsure project completion within the specified 90-day timelineCoordinate with the project team, including QC and Safety personnel on siteMaintain compliance with OSHA 30 safety standardsPotentially serve as the Site Safety and Health Officer if needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a SuperintendentExperience with projects valued $2M+Federal experience is preferred but not mandatoryRoofing experience is preferred but not mandatory

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00
