What you will need:

 

 

 

Computer knowledge of Excel and Word.Ability to travel out of Kern County area throughout the week, when necessary.Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.Must work in the Coachella area for approximately four months out of the year during entire winter harvest season. (Housing or housing allowance is provided by the company).No vacations (PTO) will be allowed during this time and excessive unexcused absences will result in either end of assignment or transfer back to Lamont.A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.

 

 

 

What will set you aprt: 

 

College degree in Biology, Food Science, or related field/farming knowledge/experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills needed, along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.Must possess the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Bi-lingual English/Spanish.Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
