**Traveling General Laborer** **Job Description** A General Laborer supports operations by performing various manual labor tasks in warehouses, construction sites, and other settings. **Responsibilities** + Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment. + Vacuum waste, water blast clean machines, and lance clean lines and pipes. + Provide sanitation and cleaning assistance, including shoveling, snow removal, and pesticide application. + Operate skid loaders, scissors lifts, aerial lifts, forklifts, RTFL, and hand/power tools. + Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers. + Adhere to the work schedule and be available for overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays. + Work from elevated areas and in confined spaces, using necessary PPE. + Maintain communication with the supervisor about work issues and safety hazards. + Perform other tasks as defined by the company or customer. + Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. + Achieve performance expectations and assist in planning to meet company goals. + Complete administrative duties like time sheets and work orders. + Maintain positive customer and employee relations. **Essential Skills** + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. + Attention to detail and follow instructions accurately. + Adhere to safety protocols. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. + Efficiently manage time to complete tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. + Familiarity with construction tools and machinery. + 2 to 3 years of industrial cleaning experience desired but not required. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive salary, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement. **Work Environment** Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
