Job Title: Traveling Low Voltage Electrician
Location: Various locations (Travel required)
Pay Rate: $25 - $35 per hour
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage Electrician to join our team. This position requires extensive travel to various job sites to install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low voltage systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems, including but not limited to security systems, fire alarms, telecommunications, and data networks.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with low voltage systems and perform necessary repairs.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.Valid electrician's license or certification in low voltage systems.Minimum of 2 years of experience working with low voltage electrical systems.Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.Ability to travel extensively and work at various job sites.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits:
