Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
Overview The Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of patient care related to orthodontic treatments for individuals.This role involves coordinating travel logistics, scheduling treatments, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients from the initial consultation through post-treatment follow-up. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of orthodontic procedures. Schedule (days/hours) Wed & Fri 9-6, Saturday 7-3 Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients orthodontic treatments, offering personalized support throughout their journey. Coordinate initial consultations, treatment planning, and scheduling for patients traveling for orthodontic services. Communicate with patients to explain the details of their treatment plan, costs, and insurance coverage. Follow up with patients to monitor progress, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction during their orthodontic treatment journey. Qualifications At least one year of related experience of Dental Terminology Knowledge of dental terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Spanish Preferred.
