Job Description
+ We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team onsite in Massena, NY, for a $40M-$60M Manufacturing Hydrogen Plant ground-up build.
+ This role involves managing tough conversations, holding subcontractors accountable, and handling paperwork related to budget, schedule, and material ordering.
+ The successful candidate will work alongside an existing Project Management team to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
+ Direct and coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within budget.
+ Examine construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and scopes, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
+ Follow established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
+ Manage financial responsibilities of the project, including cost forecasting, subcontractor, material, and vendor control.
+ Execute and manage the owner and subcontractor change order process in a timely manner.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors to help develop new opportunities.
+ Plan, schedule, and administer project meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
+ Manage the construction submittal and approval process.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience in construction and construction management.
+ Strong skills in schedule and budget management.
+ Proficiency in project coordination.
+ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

+ Ability to handle tough conversations and hold subcontractors accountable.
+ Experience in managing financial responsibilities of large-scale projects.
+ Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders.
Work Environment
+ The role is onsite in Massena, NY. The project involves working on a $40M-$60M Manufacturing Hydrogen Plant ground-up build.
+ The current phase involves putting up pre-engineered buildings after completing the concrete work.
+ The position offers a competitive salary and a per diem allowance.
