Job Title: Traveling Superintendent

Location: Location: Multiple sites across the US (current projects in Cumberland City, TN and Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Job Duties:

Oversee site SafetyCreate, Maintain, and/or review all DocumentationProject oversight, quality control, schedulingCommunicate with trades, subcontractors, clients, and ownersManage project materialsManage subcontractors to keep project on scheduleAll responsibilities assigned by the lead superintendent

Key Requirements:

5+ years of Heavy Commercial/Industrial Superintendent experienceStrong focus on safety (OSHA 30+ certification required)Experience with steel erection and pre-engineered buildings
