Responsibilities + Lead a team of internal superintendents. + Manage and oversee subcontractor relationships. + Run complex construction projects, including casinos, resorts, sporting venues, and theaters. + Handle ground-up commercial construction projects. + Ensure compliance with OSHA 30-hour standards. + Oversee subcontract management and coordination. Essential Skills + Experience in construction management. + Proven track record as a general contractor. + Experience in building casinos, resorts, sporting venues, and theaters. + Strong subcontractor management skills. + Ground-up commercial construction experience. + OSHA 30-hour certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to lead a team of internal superintendents. + Experience running $100 million-plus jobs. + Proven experience in managing complex projects.
