Traveling Superintendent

Description:

We are currently seeking a 10+ year Construction Superintendent with experience on ground up commercial projectsIdeal candidate will have experience managing several ground up construction projects and should have experience in vertical construction and site workThis company is a nationwide architect-led design/builder of general aviation facilities, business aviation facilities, and commercial projectsThey specialize in the design and construction of corporate flight departments, fixed base operations, aviation completion and maintenance facilities, aviation paint hangars, and commercial facilitiesSuperintendent should have experience with PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings)Project is a hanger in Grand Junction, CO at the airportIf candidate is not local, this company will provide lodging and per diemSuperintendents can go home once a month if not local

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a General ContractorExperience managing ground up commercial projectsExperience managing site workExperience on pre-engineered metal buildings and concrete preferredProcore experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00
