**Job Title: Traveling Superintendent** **Job Description** As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning and organizing project work to ensure all work is done in accordance with the contract. You will create and update monthly project work schedules, perform in-depth reviews of designs, drawings, and contracts, and supervise all contractor work to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of projects. You will coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, property inspectors, and regulatory authorities. You will work with a team of 6-10 laborers at all times. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Waterloo, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
