**Job Title: Traveling Superintendent**
**Job Description**
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning and organizing project work to ensure all work is done in accordance with the contract. You will create and update monthly project work schedules, perform in-depth reviews of designs, drawings, and contracts, and supervise all contractor work to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of projects. You will coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, property inspectors, and regulatory authorities. Additionally, you will conduct safety inspections to ensure on-site working conditions and habits adhere to the required standards and assist in the preparation of operations/maintenance manuals and project closeout documentation.
**Responsibilities**

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience building dental or medical clinics is preferred but not required.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
+ Ability to pass MVR.
+ Ability to work with a team of 6-10 laborers at all times.

**Work Environment**
This is a 24-26 week project located in Genesio, IL. It involves a huge renovation project converting an old bank into a dental clinic. The work is primarily interior, with occasional exterior work depending on business needs. You will work with a team of 6-10 laborers at all times.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Waterloo, Iowa.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
