**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a responsible team player for pre-installation works, installation, and de-installation of highly sensitive and precision machines in a cleanroom environment. This role requires consistent travel to Dallas and Portland, with potential travel to other locations, and a home base in Phoenix, Arizona. Travel may constitute 85-90% of the year based on current business needs. **Responsibilities** + Pay attention to details and escalate any discrepancies, issues, or problems during job progress. + Work compensated extra hours when requested and required due to unforeseen work environment and schedule. + Work at heights and in narrow spaces comfortably. + Conduct toolbox meetings and delegate daily job tasks. + Manage daily job task progress and ensure on-the-job training for special job tasks. + Oversee entire project for a particular site and maintain and enforce 5S. + Prepare and submit Work-In-Progress Reports. + Liaise with CS for travel and lodging plans for interstate travel. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of experience in an environment using hands to build, tear down, install, or troubleshoot a part, product, or machine. + Effective interpersonal and communication skills. + Basic computer knowledge and skills for documentation. + Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and tape measure. + Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Associate Degree with Technical focus, Technical Certificates, High School with Industry-linked Certificate, Ex-Military, Trade School AA, or Partial Trade School. + Experience in automotive repair and electrical work. + Ability to work with a diverse team with cultural differences. + Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. **Why Work Here?** We offer direct placement opportunities, showing our investment in new-employee hires by bringing them on as direct employees from day one, certifying and training them. Expect to travel to different sites for an average of 3-6 weeks at a time, with the possibility of being away from home for a significant portion of the year. During travel, you will receive a $60/day per diem, have your own hotel room, and share a car with three others. Work schedule includes 12-hour days, with a shift pattern of three days on and three days off. All tools are provided by the employer, and adherence to gowning requirements in the cleanroom environment is necessary.
