Overview The Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient experience by coordinating all aspects of treatment planning and ensuring effective communication between the dentist, patients, and the rest of the dental team. This role involves discussing treatment options with patients, handling insurance and financial arrangements, scheduling appointments, and providing ongoing support to ensure patients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and a strong background in dental office operations. Schedule (days/hours) Monday-Saturday / 40 Hours Responsibilities Review patients’ treatment plans with the dentist and explain procedures, benefits, and options to patients in a clear and compassionate manner. Help patients understand their treatment needs and assist with making decisions based on their preferences and financial situation. Ensure patients are aware of the recommended treatments, timelines, and follow-up visits. Assist patients with selecting treatment options that fit within their budget, offering financial and insurance solutions.
