Description:
We are seeking experienced Low Voltage Wiring Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, programming, and testing a variety of low voltage electronic systems. These systems may include video surveillance, intrusion detection, access control, intercom, fire detection, data/com, audio/visual, and other related systems. The technician will ensure customer satisfaction by performing thorough testing post-installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Install low voltage electronic systems (e.g., CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, intercom, fire detection, data/com, audio/visual).Program and configure installed systems.Perform testing to ensure systems meet customer requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site to minimize return trips.Utilize problem-solving skills to execute tasks efficiently.Travel to various job sites as required.Skills Required:
Installation and programming of low voltage systems.Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with structured cabling and active vehicle barriers.General labor skills in a construction environment.Top Skills:

Manufacturer certification in one or more major electronic security subsystems (CCTV, intrusion detection, access control) is required.Preference for candidates with manufacturer training in all three major subsystems.Minimum of 3 years of experience in installing, programming, and testing electronic systems in commercial/industrial settings.Higher consideration for candidates with experience on government sites. Residential installation experience is less relevant.Experience Level:
