The sought-after role is that of a Treasurer, who will be a key player in managing our financial resources and accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process and manage financial transactions using various Accounting Software Systems and Financial Software. • Oversee the management of capital and ensure efficient use of financial resources. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ERP Solutions for resource planning and financial management. • Maintain and update accurate records of all financial transactions. • Ensure proper management of Accounts Payable (AP) and other accounting functions. • Participate in the annual budgeting process and manage budget processes throughout the year. • Use NetSuite and other ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for efficient financial management. • Assist in the transition process of the retiring Treasurer, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption to financial operations. Requirements • 5+ years' experience in a similar role or related financial sector Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or/or CPA • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Familiarity with various ERP Solutions • Ability to use Financial Software efficiently • Proven expertise in handling Accounting Functions • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) • Capability to develop an Annual Budget • Knowledge of Budget Processes • Experience in Capital Management • Proficiency in using NetSuite software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
