As a Treasury Accountant, you will be a member of GL team within General Ledger department in the Shared Service Centre. You will be responsible for varied activities connected with bank accounts as well as for supporting EMEA Treasury activities. You will be critical to the accuracy of the General ledger balances within treasury accounting team scope.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury accounting activities: matching of payments and receipts with movements on bank accounts, monthly reconciliation of bank accounts to General Ledger, manual paymentsLoan accountingCash pooling transactions processing, cash Flow, FX forecasting and other reportingOther General Ledger accounting activities and reconciliationsCooperation with various teams within PPGCooperation with external and internal auditCommunication with country finance personnel and banks

Qualifications

Education in accounting/finance (High-school or University degree) or proven accounting skillsGood knowledge of EnglishKnowledge of Oracle/SAP and experience in a similar role in a multinational company is an advantageUS GAAP experience and understanding SOX is advantageAttention to detail, numeracy skills, time managementVery good communication and interpersonal skillsCommitted team player with the ability to learn and work alone when necessary
