Treasury Administrator
The Treasury Administrator is responsible for a variety of functions pertaining to payment processing, merchant research, bank reconciliation and various other banking related tasks. Treasury Administrators should be sticklers for detail, proactive, and curious. Excellent customer service and time management skills are a must. We are seeking organized, detail oriented, and dependable candidates who are driven to succeed and grow with the company. Comp: $20.00-23.00 DOE
Responsibilities
Process, research and organize a variety of payments across the Lithia & Driveway footprintUse treasury and financial accounting principles to perform transactional tasksManage electronic funds movement and ensure proper documentationResolve banking and corporate related financial concernsPrepare journal entries for bank account and intercompany transactionsCommunicate with dealerships across the Lithia & Driveway on various Treasury/ Banking related activitiesReconciliation of the dealership bank statements, and make accurate entries and adjustmentsReview and reconcile fee/analysis statements and resolve any errorsCommunicate solutions and process improvement opportunitiesActively communicate with supervisor and escalate concerns Other duties and special projects, as assignedTimely and concise research of banking related inquiries, such as; bank reconciliations, chargebacks, and transactional support documentationSkills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detailGeneral knowledge of Treasury and Financial Accounting principlesExcellent written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skillsSense of urgencyActive listening and curiosityCritical thinking and time management1+ years of previous experience in a related roleExperience with Kyriba a plusCompetencies
