Job Summary:
Primary responsibility for centralized issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds and bank account administration.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate, prepare and facilitate the issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds for all divisions of the Company
Manage database and entity changes for bonds, letters of credit and bank accounts
Perform bank account administration including: opening, closing, and maintenance of all bank accounts for the Company
Facilitate the issuance of corporate credit cards and gift cards
Process company-wide cashier’s check requests, Treasury department invoices, and assist with daily corporate cash management as needed.
Oversee unclaimed property process with asset recovery specialists, division teams and the applicable state/local municipalities
Oversee department compliance with Corporate record retention program
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation to office such as answers phone calls, schedules meetings, supports visitors and other administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication while maintaining sensitive information confidential
Eager to learn and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Required Education:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be a Notary in the State of Georgia (or quickly become a Notary after starting employment)
Required Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years private industry experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to develop and implement methods and procedures for improving, maintaining, and facilitating personnel processes
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects or tasks
