Why We Have This Role
\nThis professional will be responsible for planning and executing core Treasury management activities in North America, APJ and EMEA including cash management, cash forecasting, short-term investments, bank account management, Treasury Management System implementation as well as managing policies and processes in a fast-growing environment. The person in this role will partner with key stakeholders in other Finance functions- FP&A, Accounting, Legal and Corporate Finance to drive business initiatives and ensure all company and regulatory standards are met.

\n\nCash Management: Oversee daily cash positioning, ensuring optimal cash balances across various bank accounts.\nBanking Relationships: Manage and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.\nForecasting: Develop accurate cash flow forecasts to anticipate future needs and potential shortfalls.\nInvestments: Assist in the management of short-term investments, maximizing returns while minimizing risk.\nFinancial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends.\nProcess Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes and improve operational efficiency.\nAd-hoc Projects: Collaborate on various ad-hoc projects, such as debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial initiatives.\n\n\n
What We're Looking for on Your Resume
\n\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics\n4+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance or related fields; public company experience preferred\nExperience with using managing Treasury management system\nStrong quantitative and problem-solving skills and experience\nAdaptable, team player with a track record building and maintaining effective professional relationships\nGood communication and project management skills\n\n\n

\nFor full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
