Job Description
Execute and monitor Treasury related transactions. Investigate and resolve any payment issues with the banks.
Monitor cash positions and ensure entities have enough liquidity to meet their daily obligations.
Initial the investment/redemption according to the cash positions for China entities.
Collaborate closely with banks and internal partners to ensure timely handling of operational requirements and business inquiries.
Coordinate company activities relating to banking: evaluate bank services and fees and monitor bank performance; recommend action where appropriate.
Open and close bank accounts, maintain authorized signatories, manage user maintenance and contacts.
Assist with Treasury audits and compliance reviews, ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory regulation and requirements.
Assist with periodical and ad hoc reporting to both internal and external parties (e.g., KYC documentation, CTC forms).
Maintain and execute reports for Letters of Credits, Guarantees and Letters of Support.
Assist to prepare / publish required treasury reports, including but not limited to
Daily cash position (China) 12-month rolling forecast (China) Actual vs. forecast comparison report (APAC)Support ad hoc projects to improve current treasury processes and technologies that facilitate operational efficiencies.
Experience and qualification
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance major.
More than 2 years cashier experience in manufacturing company.
Be familiar with ERP system, SAP is advance.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Programs such as Excel, word, Power BI, PPT etc.
Good in spoken and written English.
