Description + Manage daily cash positioning, including sending wire transfers and preparing daily liquidity and investment analysis reports. + Act as the liaison for other departments and collaborate with banks to address any cash-related issues. Administer user access to bank portals for all company associates. + Prepare bank fee analysis reports, process invoices, and respond to internal and external audit requests, including user audits and any ad hoc reporting needs. + Assist in the preparation of our critical incident plan and be willing to travel in the event of a disaster. + Participate in the ongoing implementation of our treasury management system, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. + Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cash management, finance & accounting or related field. + Experience with treasury management systems is preferred; familiarity with Kyriba is a plus. + Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Essbase and PowerPoint. + Solid organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure. + Impressive verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with associates at all levels both inside and outside of the organization.
