SUMMARY
The Treasury Analyst reports to the Director of Treasury and plays a critical role in supporting all aspects of banking and cash management within the Treasury function. This position partners closely with the Senior Treasury Accounting Analyst and Treasury Manager to drive efficiency, enhance processes, and adapt to evolving financial systems, all while maintaining the organization’s liquidity and financial stability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cash Management
• Monitor and reconcile daily global cash management activities using the treasury workstation.
• Process and oversee daily cash transactions, including intraday cash flows and wire transfers.
• Maintain organized documentation for all cash-related activities.
• Lead bank account administration, including account openings, closures, signatory updates, and ongoing maintenance.
• Assist in the development and refinement of cash forecasting models.
• Ensure SOX compliance by maintaining process documentation, responding to audit requests, and resolving related queries.
• Maintain and strengthen bank relationships to optimize services and ensure alignment with company needs.
Process Improvement and System Support
• Assist with tasks related to treasury workstation enhancements and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline treasury processes and improve efficiency.
Analytical and Project Support
• Provide analytical support for special projects and ad-hoc assignments as requested.
• Organize and maintain departmental files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Cross-train in other Treasury processes to ensure coverage of critical daily tasks, as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• General knowledge of corporate cash management principles, banking operations, and electronic transaction systems.
• Experience in applying or auditing generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively to change and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required. Experience with treasury management systems and banking portals is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
