Job Description
As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing cash payment applications, performing bank reconciliations, processing wire transfers, overseeing vendor management, and supporting bank account administration. ResponsibilitiesProcess and allocate incoming cash payments to appropriate accounts.Reconcile payments to customer accounts, ensuring accurate tracking of payments and resolving discrepancies.Monitor assigned bank accounts, analyze trends, and deliver weekly reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with target working capital ratios and funding availability.Work with the Accounting team to perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements, bank fees, and internal financial records.Assist in opening, closing, and managing bank accounts in line with company requirements; support the monitoring and maintenance of company’s banking relationships and accounts.Participate in the implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits and track and report fraudulent activity to ensure the organization aligns with regulatory standards and limits exposure.Review and audit all Internet Users on a monthly basis and modify access levels in compliance with Firm Policy.Manage and maintain vendor bank account details and payment records.Liaise with vendors regarding payment status, invoicing issues, and other financial inquiries.Initiate and manage outgoing wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.Coordinate with banks and vendors to ensure timely and secure processing of transfers.Essential SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles with exposure to cash management, bank reconciliation, or payment processing.Experience with ERP systems and bank platforms (experience with SAP & Microsoft Dynamics is preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Good communication skills for managing relationships with banks and vendors.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and professionalism.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in cash forecasting and cash flow management.Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid work environment with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely, offering flexibility to balance work and personal life.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00
