Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Treasury Analyst in Richardson, TX. This role primarily revolves around the real estate industry and requires proficiency in handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. This hybrid role allows flexibility with in-office presence required 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.
• Carry out forecasting updates regularly.
• Make informed decisions regarding investment and borrowing proposals.
• Maintain and update the system by reviewing and reclassifying transactions.
• Ensure all updates are effectively implemented by running cash position checks in the afternoon.
• Handle cash funding needs and back-up for corporate projects.
• Collaborate effectively with the global team during weekly meetings.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills in conducting basic financial analysis.
• Display effective communication skills in responding to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and management.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cash management principles, bank products, and services.
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel, and demonstrate an ability to quickly learn new system
Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites, with a special emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Strong customer service skills to address queries and complaints effectively
• Experience in treasury operations and understanding of related procedures and policies
• Ability to manage and monitor cash activity
• Knowledge of finance and collection processes
• Capability to perform ad hoc financial analysis as required
• Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders
• Familiarity with tax accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in forecasting financial outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills for clear and concise conveyance of information
• Ability to execute tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Strong collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and interpret the results
• Experience in research analysis to support business decisions
• Ability to handle complaints and disputes in line with company policy
• Strong business analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities
• Experience in variance analysis to identify and explain financial deviations
• Understanding of business principles and their application in decision-making
• Training skills to guide team members and stakeholders.
