Description We are looking to add a Treasury Analyst to our team based in Columbus, Ohio. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be primarily dealing with credit processing and account management tasks. This role involves using various banking and accounting systems to handle customer inquiries, maintain records, and manage cash activities. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications • Maintaining precise customer credit records • Initiating wire transfers through various online banking systems • Uploading and initiating Automated Clearing House (ACH) batches in different online banking systems • Preparing check runs and printing checks • Organizing and tracking weekly and daily cash activities • Handling certain Accounts Payable related tasks in our General Ledger systems • Downloading and saving bank statements across approximately 150 bank accounts • Monitoring cash activity and balance tracking in designated spreadsheets • Undertaking other data entry tasks related to loans Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential. • Familiarity with Banking Software is a necessary skill. • Ability to navigate the Bloomberg Terminal is required. • Experience with Concur software is important. • Data Processing skills are needed for this role. • Understanding of Accounting Functions is a key requirement. • Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is crucial. • Experience in Banking Operation is a must. • Demonstrated expertise in Capital Management is necessary. • Familiarity with Cash Activity is an important requirement.
