Job Description Summary

               

Our Global Treasury Analyst is responsible for the movement of global daily cash flows, including reconcile and propose cash positions, execute all domestic and international fund transfers, establish and maintain target bank balances, forecast funding needs, investigate and resolve exceptions and complete daily liquidity reporting as well as credit facility activity and related reporting. This position works and communicates with various company personnel as well as external service providers. Integrity, accuracy, timeliness and consistency as well as teamwork are vital.

Job Description

Complete reconciliation of prior day and compile and propose daily cash position and next day estimate.

Review and initiate daily movement of global cash, including initiate domestic and international fund transfers and maintain target balances to meet liquidity needs.

Compile forecasted payments needs.

Compile and propose resolution of cash surplus and deficiencies based on policies and cash management objectives.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on the global cash position.

Administer and maintain standard user entitlement access for all Bank platforms.

Assists in preparation of compliance reports such as FBAR, FATCA, etc.

Support various projects, system upgrades and implementations, and process improvements.

Engage with bank representatives to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.

Act as a treasury liaison with company’s business units in reviewing bank services, handling bank inquiries and related matters.

Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices.

Exercise judgement to identify and resolve issues.

Prioritize multiple activities simultaneously.

Maintain integrity, accuracy, timeliness and consistency with financial transactions and reports.

Proactive team member and effective teamwork within and outside of assigned responsibility.

Perform other duties, including process improvement projects as assigned.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.

CPA, CMA certification and/or advanced degree preferred.

5 to 7 years of business experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting.

Experience with SAP or other ERP accounting software and bank applications and services.

Business acumen – comprehend business challenges and find new solutions.

Financial literacy – budgeting, investing, borrowing, taxation, financial reporting.

Effective communication – both oral and written.

Leadership and organizational skills – manage multiple projects.

Analytical skills – ability to collect information and thoroughly analyze; observe, research and interpret to develop ideas and solutions.

Embrace effective process improvements and change.

Digital proficiency with MS Office products.

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $61,320.00 - $91,990.00
