Description Key Responsibilities: Bank Reconciliation (75%) – Perform detailed reconciliations, ensuring 1-to-1 matching of bank statement transactions to Oracle ERP system transactions. Cash Management Coordination (10%) – Collaborate with AP, AR, payroll, and business units to support treasury-related activities. Retail Store Support (10%) – Work closely with retail store staff on cash management processes and troubleshooting. Bank Account Management (5%) – Assist in bank account oversight, maintenance, and compliance with internal controls. Required Competencies: Strong understanding of treasury, accounting, and financial analysis principles. Experience managing and analyzing large data sets. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Basic accounting knowledge, including debits/credits and reconciliation. Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently. Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving work environment. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, investments, or banking. Experience with Oracle ERP and Hyperion reporting tools. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and banking platforms.
