Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting a Treasury Analyst who will support day-to-day Treasury activities of the Company around foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risk management, working capital management, supply chain finance, forecasting and budgeting. This position is located in Frisco, TX and reports to the Director, Treasury.
Job Focus
Update reports with forecasts, actuals, and work with various teams, as needed, to explain variances on items such as FX exposures, cash forecasts, interest expense, interest income and working capital metrics.Perform derivatives transactions on the financial markets as approved by the leadership team.Assist with the preparation of reporting of derivative transactionsDevelop or improve financial models, dashboards and other reporting packages using Excel, PowerPoint GTreasury, Bloomberg, Tagetik and SAP.Provide support with supply chain finance activities, such as resolving ad-hoc issues, forecasting and monitoring usage and capacity.Liaise with A/R, A/P, Tax, Payroll, Procurement and Accounting teams for various cross-functional processes and projectsSupport process improvements; leverage systems and available technology to automate processes for efficiency and scalabilityEnsure compliance with SOX controls by documenting key processes and following all applicable policies and procedures.Perform Know Your Customer and other administrative or compliance requests, such as ISDA and Dodd Frank regulations.Requirements:
Minimum B.S. degree with major in finance or appropriate work experience.2+ years of Treasury (cash management, etc.) and/or business-related experienceFinancial derivative and financial markets experience preferred. General knowledge of business, Treasury and accounting standards, procedures, and policies.Exhibit strong analytical, process management and communication skills, including report writing and presentations.Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with others.Strong attention to detail required.Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with Bloomberg, SAP, GTreasury, Tagetik and BI tools is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours as required.
