Description We are in search of a Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer in KENTWOOD, Michigan. The individual will play a crucial role in our team by handling customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries with precision. This role also involves monitoring customer accounts and implementing appropriate actions when necessary. Responsibilities: • Efficient management of company's cash, investments, and debt. • Assisting in the formulation of investment strategies. • Preparation and presentation of investment reports. • Conducting analytical assessments of potential acquisitions, divestitures, and other investments. • Supporting and contributing to internal risk management activities. • Overseeing global cash management, including accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Forecasting cash flow. • Managing revolving lines of credit. • Handling term loans and performing leverage and compliance calculations. • Carrying out some corporate accounting functions. • Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel, QAD, OneStream for various treasury operations. • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Treasury Analyst or Assistant Treasurer role • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required • Strong knowledge of accounting functions is essential • Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) • Ability to perform cash forecasting and manage credit lines • Proven experience in cash management and daily cash management • Familiarity with global treasury, treasury function, treasury management, and treasury operation • Experience in corporate treasury is necessary • Knowledge of leveraged loans would be advantageous • Background in corporate accounting is required • Experience in compliance reporting is a must • Proficiency in QAD and OneStream software is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
