We are currently looking for an Associate Treasury Analyst or Treasury Analyst I on a permanent basis to join our Treasury team, to support, help and assist Treasury activities, working together with other team members to promote Treasury best practices, exploring further system automations, maintain Treasury control framework, as well as having a positive impact on the wider finance function.
This exciting role is based in either our EMEA regional headquarter in Cambridge, United Kingdom or company Share Service Centre Sofia, Bulgaria. As an Associate Treasury Analyst/Treasury Analyst I, you will be reporting into the Supervise, Treasury.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintaining Treasury mailbox, validating bank acknowledgement files/messages. Help to resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Performing ERP payment review and ensure all payments format, structure are correct
• Conducting the initial review for all ad hoc payments to ensure payments are properly authorized, with business justification, and matching with banking transactions
• Responsible for producing routine Treasury reports and analysis
• Provide ad hoc report, analysis, assistance or back up to other team members where relevant
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to provide quick and succinct data analysis utilizing various financial systems and reports
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail to ensure all details are absolutely correct and ability to produce presentable work
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and oral communication) and in professional manner
• Ability to work within team and support other team members effectively
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
Education and Work Experience:
• Ideally degree in Finance or banking or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Minimum two years’ work experience in Finance or Audit
