About the role:

 

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to lead various Treasury system initiatives. This individual will partner with our IT team, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team, and various business teams to look at ways to leverage technologies to help better streamline and automate our global Treasury operations. In addition, this individual will back up our Commercial Paper program & daily cash positioning process.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Recommend & implement solutions to automate the cash positioning process, bank account management, and exception memo tracking Lead projects to implement efficiencies and reduce overall costs Use technology and lean business techniques to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the global operational processes Leverage current technology & manage banking system upgrades Analyze data and provide insightful analysis that illustrates key cause and effect, business and value drivers Work with Treasury team to maintain and update Cyber policy Collaborate with team members and management, providing clear, logical recommendations in a concise manner, to either internal or external stakeholders Excellent communication skills; results- and detail-oriented, team player, strong project management skills Drive continuous improvement to gain efficiencies as the business continues to scale Assure that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the Boston Scientific Quality Policy

 

Required qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or closely related discipline  2+ years of relevant Treasury experience Effective communication and business collaboration skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, global organization  Attention to detail and accuracy Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Experience with Treasury Workstations Knowledge of bank connectivity alternatives (API, SWIFT, multi-bank reporting)

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

Proficiency with MS Excel, SAP, Bloomberg, and programming Experience with GTreasury and/or Coprocess

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
