Treasury Analyst Student
Job Description

Treasury Operations Excellence focuses on two key areas: Bank Account Management and Settlement Instructions Management. These functions ensure smooth and efficient treasury activities across various regions.

Bank Account Management: Conducts due diligence for bank documentation requirements in the EMEA, US, and LAR regions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regional regulations.Settlement Instructions Management: Handles the prompt processing of treasury instruments, including swaps, securities, foreign exchange transactions, loans, and dividends, ensuring timely and accurate transaction execution to support financial stability and operational excellence.

Main responsibilities for this Student position:

Manage ISMP tool to assign treasury BAM requests

Monitoring BAM mailbox, to ensure the processing of all requests received in a daily basis.

Execute bank account management, including opening and closing of accounts, and KYC requirements 

Execute bank account operational, corporate signers and corporate delegates maintenance 

Execute static data updates in a multi-system environment 

Execute operational and SOX controls to solve discrepancies and close gaps. 

Execute and maintain process documentation

Performing these tasks will require working with Banks, the legal department, senior management, and other company areas such as AP, AR, and payroll.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, economics or related fields

Intermediate Excel skills

Intermediate/ advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:

Data Analytics knowledge/experience is a plus

Basic understanding of financial instruments

Knowledge of SWIFT, Quantum and banking portals is a strong plus

Working Model
