Job DescriptionCoordination of funding of legal entities in Greater China协调大中华区各子公司资金需求Optimization of financing structures (equity, internal / external debt)优化公司融资结构（资本金，内部/外部债务）Support of internal approval processes e.g. for capital increases, credit limits, setup of new entities支持各子公司的集团内部审批流程，例如：增资，融资额度，公司新建Support of M&A projects regarding finance matters从财务资金角度支持集团兼并收购项目Support of legal entities in finance planning and forecasting processes支持各子公司财务预算以及预测流程Coordination with headquarters in Germany and the worldwide corporate finance community, support of central projects in the finance area 和德国总部以及集团内各国公司金融部门紧密合作，支持由其发起财资项目Regional finance governance and risk management参与大中华区财务治理和风险控制Collaboration with regulators (e.g. PBoC, SAFE) and assurance of compliance with finance regulation紧跟监管机构（例如：中国人民银行，国家外汇管理局）政策变化，确保公司遵守相关监管要求Management of the bank relationship and support of banking operations of legal entities银行关系管理，帮助各子公司协调日常银行业务Negotiation of fees and credit facilities with the partner banks参与银行费用以及银行授信的谈判Liquidity management for legal entities in Greater China: forecast methodology, analysis of forecasts, process improvements大中华区子公司流动性管理， 包括流动性预测方法，预测分析以提高预测准确性Investment of excess liquidity in Money Market products分析资金需求并对闲余资金进行有效投资，如货币市场基金投资Monitoring of financial market and evaluation of innovations in the banking business 跟进分析金融市场以及银行业相关创新产品对博世财资业务的影响Conduction of training and knowledge transfer, advice on guidelines and regulatory issues向各子公司和相关部门提供培训， 解答关于财资领域内部集团管理要求和外部监管要求的咨询Familiar with SAP modules related to payments and end-to-end payment process熟悉SAP付款模块，并且了解端对端的收付款流程Work with different functions and departments, i.e. BD and GS, to drive projects to streamline treasury processes and implement Treasury @ S/4 和不同职能部门合作，例如：信息技术部门和共享服务中心，推动财资流程的梳理和简化，并且将Treasury @ S/4系统实施落地

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or the like金融，会计，商业管理，或者类似本科学历5-8 years professional experience in treasury, banking or related areas具有5-8年相关领域工作经验，资金和银行领域的工作经验更优High level of interest and knowledge in the area of corporate finance and treasury, experienced project management扎实的资金管理和财务相关知识，丰富的项目管理经验Working experience with multinational companies’ organizations and their processes具有跨国公司的工作经历Strong communication skills – able to interact smoothly with HQ, Banks and Bosch subsidiaries’ key stakeholders良好的沟通技巧：有能力和德国总部，银行，以及博世集团子公司主要利益相关人员流畅的沟通Experience with China local regulations (SAFE, banking, etc)对中国资金相关的监管制度有基本的概念和经验 (外管，银行)English and mandarin language skills (oral and written); good computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
