Treasury Assistant
Description Torrance company is seeking a Treasury Assistant to supports the treasury operations by assisting with cash management, cash forecasting, credit administration, and other treasury functions. The Treasury Assistant will work closely with the Treasury Manager to help ensure that the company meets its financial obligations and maintains efficient cash flow management across all entities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Treasury Analyst will assist in the following duties, which may include but are not limited to: • Support the daily cash management processes • Monitor cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity • Assist with payments and transfers • Assist with preparing reports • Ensure compliance with lender and debt facility • Assist with ad-hoc financial projects Requirements Education and Experience • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting with increasing levels of responsibility. • Experience with cash management systems, banking relationships, and financial reporting is a plus. Skills and Abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat. • Strong attention to detail, with high accuracy in data entry, mathematical calculations, and reporting.
