Treasury Assoc Analyst
Overview PepsiCo's Treasury Risk Management function is responsible for evaluating business exposures and assessing the financial impact of a risk of loss. The team develops and implements strategies to reduce PepsiCo's overall cost of risk which considers the level of risk to retain versus transfer and establishes the methodology for allocating insurance related expenses. This is an entry level role for the Risk Management/Insurance team which provides financial and analytical support for PepsiCo’s insurance programs and risk management initiatives. Responsibilities Insurance Renewals AND Filings: Assist with insurance applications, prepare underwriting data, and review insurer data to support PepsiCo insurance programs and relevant filings. Data Management: Support exposure and policy data collection as well as lead administrative maintenance activities for information and risk management databases. Data Analytics: Analyze policy and insurer data to ensure compliance with PepsiCo standards and reporting deliverables to senior management. Financial planning: Support the annual operating budget planning process and associated accounting activities. Ad Hoc projects: Support ad hoc projects at the direction of the team’s leadership. Support project management, meeting coordination, and other strategic initiatives. Candidates will have the opportunity to rotate roles within PepsiCo’s broader Treasury team over time providing the opportunity to build skills and capabilities and become a well-rounded finance professional. PepsiCo’s Treasury team is responsible for: Capital market activities, including funding, investments, banking relationships, credit rating agency management and shareholder returns at the Corporate level Supporting our global businesses on all Treasury aspects, including cash management, funding, and liquidity management Managing and hedging PepsiCo’s financial risks (e.g., FX, commodities, interest rate) Pension investment and liability management PepsiCo’s global insurance and risk management programs Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
