Treasury Cluster Lead
Your role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Treasury Cluster Manager Latin America to join our team. Reporting to the Treasury Cluster Lead Latin America, you will be part of the Corporate Funding & Treasury Clusters (FTC) team, work closely with the other Treasury workstreams, CHOs/CFMs, FAO, Tax, Legal, to support Corporate Treasury activities, processes and initiatives in the region as well as local business needs and fiduciary requirements.Responsibilities:Support Treasury Workstreams in the local implementation of Treasury processes and transformation initiatives in the countries under your responsibility;Monitor the regulatory environment (such as Foreign Exchange restrictions and capital controls in regulated markets), and relay best local market practice and possible Treasury solutions to the relevant Workstreams (e.g. Cash Management, Corporate Funding, Financial Markets Risk Management as applicable);Provide input on the business pipeline, applicable local credit facility structures, and locally required documentation for short term trade finance (supply chain finance and receivables finance programs) to the Export & Trade Finance workstream.Conduct regular Capital Structure Reviews (CSRs) for legal entities in your region, collecting information on the local legal, tax and business requirements, analyzing the capital structure of the entities under US GAAP and statutory GAAP, and determining with the Intragroup Funding and Tax teams optimal capital structures and financing solutions;Drive the internal dividends collection in your region;Promote adherence to Treasury Corporate Policies and support the transition to global standardized processes.
Qualifications for the roleEducation: University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related courses, preferably with a Master’s degree.Broad knowledge of treasury topics, instruments, and processes related to financial risk management, cash management, export and trade finance, and corporate finance.Strong analytical skills and business acumen.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in financial modeling.Curious, resilient, and able to collaborate effectively with other teams.Language: Fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.
