Treasury & Liquidity Management Analyst

Position Description

AB-PCI is looking for an Analyst/Associate to work as part of the Finance team, which is responsible primarily for debt financing of the various AB-PCI investment vehicles.  The role will support the growing business and team. AB-PCI has grown significantly over recent years and high caliber talent is needed to help support continued business growth, improve processes, and scale operations. The role will initially have responsibilities related to treasury and liquidity management, fund level finance, and financing subsidiary operations, but offers the ability to grow and change as the team continues to grow.  Initial responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

Provide support for cash management by conducting cash analyses for deal fundings utilizing subscription and leverage line borrowings/repayments, corporate revolvers and issuing capital calls for multiple AB-PCI funds.Provide assistance with the asset allocation strategy and process, cash forecasting and analysis, and monitoring of all associated activities.Work with various debt facilities such as subscription lines, leverage lines, corporate revolvers and CLOs with a comprehensive understanding of the relevant documentation and deliverables.Manage fund leverage and weighted average cost of capital to optimize financial performance and ensure sustainable growth of the fund.Responsibilities include actively monitoring all cash inflows and outflows related to deal pipeline activity, expense payments, fund distributions, and revolver and delayed term loan draws.Collaborate with different rating agencies to establish the initial loan rating and ensure ongoing monitoring.Provide support to the portfolio management and compliance team during periods of high demand and assist with ad hoc projects.Develop cash flow forecasts and financial models to aid in making informed business decisions.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications/skills:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field2+ years of experience in treasury operations or related field, preferably from a private credit manager, collateral custodian/trustee, fund administrator, or big 4 audit firmWe are looking for a team-oriented individual who can collaborate closely with teammates on daily workflows and proactively share important information with the team.The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, possess excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. They should have a keen eye for detail and maintain a high standard for accuracy and responsiveness.The ideal candidate should possess the ability to prioritize work effectively, adapt to a fast-paced and challenging environment, and make sound decisions even when tasks change frequently.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and WordPreferred qualifications include familiarity with fund structures, loan agreements, and CLO indentures.Familiarity with Sentry PM and PowerBi is considered an advantage.Austin, Texas
