Job Description:

The Treasury Liquidity Manager maintains, enhances and develops reporting processes, control frameworks, and/or systems.  This role contributes to the continuous development and/or improvement of processes, models, and related infrastructure. Develops liquidity methodology and assumptions.  Leads and/or supports the work of junior team members, providing guidance and advice as a senior member of the team.

Education & Experience:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience7+ years of experience

Customer Accountabilities:

Develops and maintains financial methodologies, strategies & processes that are used to generate risk measurement information used Liquidity Risk ManagementIdentifies Liquidity risk regarding information used to manage and measure marginsLeads the process of developing solutions and reporting of Liquidity Risk ManagementImplements efficient collateral, intraday and cashflow forecasting monitoringAnalyzes changes in the liability and asset portfolios, evaluates trends, and reconciles cash flow activityEvaluates product and customer in behavior stress scenarios and provides views on concentration for fundingEvaluates and produces forecasts of the flow of fundsAnalyzes the Front Office of the organization to ensure sufficient funds are and will be available to meet obligationsEvaluates the short-term Front Office requirements based on analysis of the Bank’s operational cash flowSupports ongoing reviews with 1B, 2nd line and 3rd line functions
