Responsible for managing and oversight of the account analysis system (XAA) within the Treasury Management operations team. Partners with Treasury team members to provide any training and assistance to the XAA system and other Treasury Management items. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
· Work with Treasury sales and support staff to provide guidance on relationship structure and pricing of customers based on customer needs. Provide guidance on appropriate pricing based on industry standards and system knowledge to be competitive but profitable.
· Train and support Treasury sales and support staff on the proper use of systems tools to appropriately onboard and manage customers.
· Provide ongoing leadership and reporting to sales and service staff to manage exception pricing to market pricing.
· Work closely with other members of the Treasury team and relationship managers to ensure pricing is approved according to established guidelines and set accurately in system.
· Oversee and support the administrative functions of the account analysis system for Treasury clients.
· Work closely with Treasury leadership on data extraction for reporting and special projects.
· Attend FIS XAA User Group meetings on updates, new procedures, and communications, as well as webinar trainings to better improve current procedures and increase revenue.
· Identify pricing or process improvements to improve revenues, increase efficiencies or decrease expenses.
· Manage day to day activity of account analysis system, which includes adding new relationships, setting up composite accounts, along with billing and performing required maintenance on existing and new relationships.
· Ensure all functionality of systems are working properly and interfacing with other core systems to create an accurate pricing scenario for customers.
· Responsible for maintaining client billing system and interface into analysis.
· Audit customer and line item pricing levels.
· Manage and audit the master price schedule including earnings credit rate, and interest rates to keep XAA up to date.
· Maintain product controls within account analysis system as new business products are established.
· Ensure quality service and effective support for all assigned internal and external customers.
· Ensure processes and procedures adhere to regulatory and internal audit compliance standards.
· Communicate problems, challenges, risks and successes as needed.
· Participate in business line projects as assigned to represent the Treasury Management team as needed.
· Assist in creating and maintaining policies and procedures related to Treasury products and services.
· Assist management in reviewing and analyzing new systems, software, and processes to improve the efficiencies of the company and customer experience, both internally and externally. Provide ongoing support and guidance on the systems and processes.
· Ensure new product development addresses known or potential risk with products or agreements associated with each product or service.
· Partner with other members of Treasury and other business lines in a collaborative environment.
· Provide an environment which promotes open communication and positive feedback.
· Work closely with Risk and Audit to answer requests and provide support and access to systems to allow them to perform reviews.

Industry and Work Experience:
· 5+ years of experience within financial services required.
· 3-5 years of bank operations or Treasury Management experience required.
Academic:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
