Job Description:At Regions, the Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist provides sales support to Treasury Management Relationship Managers and their clients to identify, develop, and deliver quality solutions to aid the client in their day-to-day business needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Partners with Treasury Management Relationship Managers to prepare for and execute on Sales activities. This includes but is not limited to:Preparing account structuresBuilding pricing proformas for prospects and existing clientsParticipating in the production of presentation decksCompleting client research to include proximity suitability to branches and other information that may aid in the overall success of the Treasury Management proposalResearching product information in response to client inquiries by partnering with members of the TM Product teamEnsuring implementation errors are below the required percentageAdhering to the stated Service Level AgreementManages new client onboarding experience which includes requesting documentation execution, implementation request submission, training confirmation and client satisfactionServes as primary escalation point for client support when first level support does not meet client needsEnsures reporting is complete, timely and accurateCollaborates with both Commercial and Treasury Management Relationship Managers to keep all parties involved and engaged in support of sales activitiesMay be responsible for additional administrative tasks to aid in sales support of Treasury Management Relationship ManagerThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
