Treasury Manager
Job Title: Treasury ManagerJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to oversee and manage the daily cash operations and bank relations. This role involves driving improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met, and maintaining effective operational procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and managerial skills, with a background in the banking industry. Responsibilities + Direct cash management operations including daily cash administration and management of current accounts. + Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories, including account administration for opening, migrating, and closing accounts. + Oversee the monthly reconciliation of all company bank accounts. + Review and drive improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met according to company policies and procedures. + Complete all cash management set-up for new and existing affiliations. + Review and negotiate treasury contracts with banks, merchant services, financing lenders, and cash handling and safe providers. + Prepare and review cash flow forecasts. + Monitor cash transactions to ensure bank account balances and investigate unusual items. + Confer with bank personnel to effect fund transfers to and from the line-of-credit, debt, and other company bank accounts as directed by the CFO and/or controller. + Analyze and solve problems arising from payment processes. + Review and approve all non-repetitive wire transfers, ensuring transactions have appropriate documentation and authorization. + Review bank fees and merchant card fees, providing monthly or quarterly reporting. + Support external audit and reporting. + Continually evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures and controls to maximize departmental productivity and minimize errors. + Administer and maintain third-party financing programs. + Resolve any denials and/or fraud situations urgently. + Oversee a staff of 4-5 people, continually evaluating skill sets and promoting growth and professional development. Essential Skills + Treasury management experience + Treasury automation experience + Treasury accounting experience + Experience with Kyriba or similar treasury systems + Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS) + Cash management experience + Reconciliation skills + Forecasting skills + Reporting skills Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working in the banking industry + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Strong managerial skills + Organizational and decision-making skills + Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment + Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Work Environment This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the state of Florida. You will join an amazing team that continues to grow and thrive in a remote work environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr. The company offers a standard benefit package which consists of:3 weeks PTO, Medical, Dental, HSA, 401k Workplace Type This is a fully remote position.
