The Treasury Manager will be responsible for supporting PCC’s global treasury functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitates Treasury functions to provide advanced support to senior team members, including:

Co-manage PCC’s foreign exchange (FX) & natural gas hedging programs, including exposure analysis, identifying hedge requirements in accordance with Policy, placing necessary trades, coordinating hedge settlements, and liaising with fieldPortray a thorough understanding of ASC 815, the US GAAP hedge accounting standard; assist in compliance with relevant regulations and reporting obligationsPrepare/review monthly/quarterly/annual tasks such as reconciliation of GL accounts, journal entries, FBAR/FinCEN reporting, and cash/debt/derivative analysis & reporting Prepare/approve core treasury operations functions including electronic transfers and bank system entitlement changesLead ad-hoc projects such as system implementations and new policy rolloutsHelp oversee & develop Treasury staffSupport company-wide leasing activitiesPerform ad hoc analysis of corporate finance and treasury issues, including bank fees & services, NPV/IRR, cost-benefit and lease vs buy analysisIdentify process improvement opportunities and assist integration of recently acquired entities

Required Experience/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar technical field of study7-10 years’ combined experience in treasury, accounting, or other finance-related field; experience with FX hedging/derivatives and/or public accounting requiredCTP, CFA or CPA preferredStrong understanding of treasury management principles, including cash flow forecasting and foreign exchange risk managementExperience with treasury management systems and other financial softwareProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge of Excel; data management skills such as pivot tables, V/Hlookups, and macros preferredA high level of motivation and initiative; a team player with a positive service-oriented approachAbility to prioritize and work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environmentExtremely organized with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracyProblem solving abilities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsPossess a “can do” attitude with a willingness to grow and learn /*generated inline style */   All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. /*generated inline style */ This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
