**Position Title: Treasury Onboarding Project Manager/Change Implementation Consultant 2** **Start Date: ASAP** **Approved On-Site Location: Chandler, AZ** **On-Site Schedule: Hybrid (3 days/week on-site)** **\# Of Openings: 1** **Contract Duration: 6 months, with a possibility of an extension or a full-time conversion** **Project/Team Overview:** The client's Global Treasury team reaches out to major treasury customers to introduce products designed to enhance their profitability. Once a customer decides to adopt a product, an implementation specialist assists with the onboarding process, providing guidance on how to effectively use the product, such as demonstrating ACH functionality. **Desired Qualifications:** + 2+ years of project management/implementation experience in the financial services industry + Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently that are in various stages with various priorities + Electronic payments experience, specifically with ACH and card payments + Treasury product solutions experience + Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience + Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills + Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas + Work with external customers to prepare project scope/plan, statement of work, and project milestones to deliver a quality implementation experience + Work with product vendor and third parties to ensure customer setup is accurate and timely” ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
