Description Our client - located in Midtown Manhattan - is looking for a Treasury Representative to add to their team. Responsibilities: Manage daily administration of the bank accounts within the portfolio. Collaborate closely with senior property management personnel. Process daily and recurring wire and ACH transactions. Open new bank accounts, close terminated accounts, and purchase Certificates of Deposit (CDs) at various banking and brokerage institutions. Record journal entries in the accounting system. Monitor all accounts daily, including overdrafts and incoming wires. Assist condo and cooperative boards with their daily requests. Proficiency with banking portals required. Ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures. Manage banking relationships. Utilize accounting software and third-party solutions for daily banking operations. Sort and organize daily statements upon receipt. Experience with Yardi or similar software is a plus (not required). Prior banking experience is preferred.
