The PositionSupport clients across treasury functions, accounts payable, and revenue cycle through comprehensive discussions supported by analyticsReview, catalog, develop and streamline processes around daily cash, payments strategies, increase speed of reconciliation, and drive overall best practicesEvaluate services, software and best practices to support recommended enhancements and deliver outlined plansExecute project management functions focused on implementation of banking and financial services and third-party software; as well as deliver technical expertiseDevelop materials to support internal and external teams around implementation and process improvementsAdditional client facing responsibilities include deepening relationships and driving incremental revenueIdentify potential solutions to client needs as requested, or as a result of support work both internal and external partnersRun analytical models within internal systems to uncover client opportunities leveraging and tracking market dataDevelop and document current state materials to support internal and external teams around implementation and process improvements as it pertains to treasury technologies and revenue cycleQualifications3 to 8 years of commercial banking or financial software delivery experience including a track record of internal change executionProven entrepreneurial spirit or ability to impact change within current organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze issues, develop solutions and present conciselySelf-starter with experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger teamProven experience developing rapport with external clients, colleagues and other business partnersExcellent MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) experiencePreferred candidates will have their PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional)Versed in bank technologies and their direct integrations with EPIC, Cerner, Hyland OnBase, Athena, Change HealthCare, etc.Preferred candidates will have diverse skill sets developed across the finance industryApplicants for employment must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Kaufman Hall (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)Physical Requirements Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodationsWork is generally done sitting, talking, hearing and typing.
