**Job Description Details:**
We are dedicated to turning technology advances into treasury solutions for our clients globally - across all segments and industries. We are looking for highly motivated, self-starters who are eager to learn and grow within the Payments product world of Real-Time Payments, Pay By Bank, ACH, Check Disbursements and beyond.
**Responsibilities:**
**Business Management and Performance:**
+ Help evaluate the competitive landscape for both the B2B and B2C payments environment through regular engagement with other internal Lines of Business (Emerging Payments, Retail, Card, Trade, GWIM, Markets, Sales, Marketing, etc.)and the use of data analytics toidentify themes, industries, use-cases for business development, to identify product enhancement opportunities and to support changes to improve product profitability and the client experience.
+ Assist with the strategic roadmap and communicate internally with partners to ensure awareness and alignment of priorities
+ Assist with business cases to support changes to improve product profitability and the client experience.
+ Assist with collecting/documenting voice of the customer to drive roadmap.
**Product Development and Operational Management:**
+ Write requirements, and help develop and implement new product feature functionality
+ Work closely with business partners – including Operations, Technology, Digital Channels and Sales
+ Assist with data/analytics for product performance
+ Assist with creating and maintaining risk routines (e.g. managing collection of risk metrics and KPIs)

+ Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of skills, especially Excel and Power Point
+ Experience creating dashboards/reports in Tableau is a plus, but not required
+ Analyzing and reporting business financials experience
+ Treasury payments products experience
