**Job Description Details:**
The Commercial Card Product Development team manages all platforms and applications within the commercial card business that ultimately drive how clients interact with our products and critically influence client experience. This role will serve as the Product Manager over the bank's Commercial Cardholder Mobile App that empowers clients with real-time information and digital self-service tools that allow cardholders to effectively manage their card program. The application and its continued growth is a key contributor to our overall business strategy. The Commercial Card App Product Manager will be responsible for the strategy, development, and launch of multiple, large-scale global card enhancements that form the multi-year product roadmap. They will work closely with stakeholders such as Product, Sales, Technology, Commercialization, and Operations to develop a strong understanding of client needs, drive solutions that increase our digital offering and deliver distinguished client experiences, and commercialize new capabilities as they are rolled out, maximizing adoption and benefit of our investments.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute mobile strategy, driving development and execution efforts against product vision and roadmap
+ Lead team of product owners, developers, and UX designers to bring new capabilities to market at speed and scale, delivering best-in-class client experience
+ Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on deep understanding of client needs, business priorities, and industry trends
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on product strategy and enhancement plans
+ Manage projects through end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea to launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
+ Work with Technology partners and vendors through agile development methodology, required governance and compliance approvals, and early risk identification and mitigation of issues
+ Partner with Marketing and Commercialization teams post-launch to update product collateral and spread awareness and excitement of new solutions to increase adoption and penetration
+ Day-to-day subject matter expert of the mobile app serving as the go-to product contact and managing and overseeing client requests, issues/escalations, stakeholder questions, and technical and operational tasks
+ Serve as an innovation champion and thought leader, identifying new opportunities for innovation, growth, and efficiencies to help simplify and improve the client experience

+ Minimum of 6 years' experience in product management and/or development
+ Direct experience working in Commercial Card or Financial Services industry
+ Managing a critical, large-scale application and third party relationships experience
+ Proven success in defining and launching new products
+ Strategic thinker balanced with a tactical execution skillset
+ Good mix of both business and technical expertise
+ Strong multi-tasker with ability to successfully manage various projects simultaneously
+ Work on cross-functional, global teams across multiple time zones and foster strong working relationships

**Minimum Education Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
